By downloading, accessing, or using PDFly, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
About PDFly
PDFly provides tools to view, edit, convert, organize, and work with PDF documents.
PDFly is available as:
Some features are available for free; others require payment.
License to Use
PDFly is licensed, not sold. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App.
You may not:
User Content & Ownership
You retain full ownership of all documents and content you process through PDFly.
We do not claim any rights to your files.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to use any content you upload or edit.
Data Processing & Storage
Processing behavior depends on the platform:
Windows Desktop App
All processing happens locally on your device. We do not receive, store, or access your files.
Web App & Browser Extensions
Files are uploaded temporarily to our secure cloud infrastructure (Supabase) to enable processing. Files are automatically deleted within 1 hour after processing is completed.
Certain features use third-party processors:
Only the minimum data necessary to perform the requested action is transmitted.

Accounts
Creating an account may be required to activate a purchase.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
We may suspend accounts used to violate these Terms.
Paid Plans & Subscriptions
Paid plans may be offered as one-time purchases or recurring subscriptions, depending on region.
Payments may be processed through:
Prices may vary based on region, tax, and currency.
Subscriptions & Cancellation
Recurring subscriptions renew automatically at the start of each billing period until canceled.

Microsoft Store | Cancel via your Microsoft account billing dashboard.
We typically process cancellation requests within 48 hours.
Your access remains active until the end of the current billing period.
Subscriptions cannot be paused.
If subscription prices change, we will notify you in advance.
Lifetime License
If you purchase a lifetime license:
"Lifetime" refers to the lifetime of the PDFly product, as long as it is maintained and available.
The license includes core PDF features available at the time of purchase.
It does not include features requiring ongoing compute or API costs, such as:

The lifetime license includes 3 months of support from the date of purchase.
Refunds & 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase by contacting support@gopdfly.com.
If you begin using premium features within the 14-day period, you acknowledge that the digital service has begun and the refund may no longer be available.
If purchased via the Microsoft Store, refunds must be requested from the store directly.
Service Changes
We may add, improve, or remove features.
We will not intentionally remove core functionality in a way that materially reduces product value without reasonable notice.
